ACCOMMODATIONS...
Your accommodations will be in a charming rustic cabin, featuring 6 twin bunk beds for a cozy stay. The cabin is equipped with air conditioning and heating for your comfort, along with a small refrigerator and microwave for your convenience. A coffee pot and cups are provided, along with coffee, filters, water, and basic condiments to enhance your coffee experience. Enjoy a delightful retreat in this inviting setting!
MEETING FACILITY
All sessions will take place in the GRACE BUILDING, which is fully air-conditioned and heated for your comfort. If you tend to feel cold, we recommend bringing a jacket or light sweater. Our goal is to ensure that everyone feels as comfortable as possible during the event!
DINING FACILITY
Our dining facility operates during designated serving hours, offering freshly prepared meals rather than mass-produced options. We are committed to providing a healthy and flavorful menu for each meal. Please note that while our desserts are delicious, they are not calorie-free!
For those watching their calorie intake for weight loss, we typically offer healthy choices on our daily menu to help you maintain your eating plan.
We also understand the needs of individuals with specific medical dietary requirements. While we strive to accommodate these needs through our regular menu, we do not cater to alternative eating plans such as Keto, Paleo, or Atkins. Our focus is on providing nutritious options that include proteins, fresh vegetables, and salads.
If you have a medical dietary prescription, please contact us in writing with your requirements at least two weeks prior to your Encounter date. We will evaluate our ability to meet your needs and appreciate your understanding as we aim to serve you in the best possible way.

WHAT DO I BRING?
Here’s what you’ll need to bring for your stay:
**Bedding:**
- Bring a twin sheet, blanket, and pillow. Some guests prefer sleeping bags for convenience—just roll it out and settle in! Others have brought queen-sized sheets and comforters, depending on what’s comfortable for them.
**Clothing:**
- Pack comfortable, casual, and modest clothing suitable for dancing. Please avoid wearing shorts or pajama pants to the sessions. Comfortable shoes are recommended, as you’ll be walking between the cabins and the sessions. Consider dance shoes or socks, as the carpet can be rough on your feet. If you tend to feel cold, a light sweater or jacket may be a good idea.
**Luggage:**
- Please refrain from bringing large luggage, as cabin space can be limited, and we want everyone to be comfortable.
**Personal Hygiene:**
- Bathhouses behind the cabins are equipped with toilets, sinks, and showers. Bring your towel, bathing cloth, shower gel or soap, shampoo, and personal toiletries.
**Handy Items to Bring:**
- Bible (definitely!)
- Worship flags, veils, etc.
- Small notebook and pen
- Flashlight (highly suggested)
- Umbrella
- Earplugs or a small fan (great for reducing noise and managing temperature fluctuations)
