ACCOMMODATIONS...
You will be staying in a rustic cabin. This cabin includes 6 twin bunk beds, air conditioning/heating, small refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot and cups... Coffee, coffee filters, water for coffee, and basic condiments for coffee provided.
MEETING FACILITY
We will be meeting for all sessions in the GRACE BUILDING. The building is air conditioned and Heated. Bring a jacket or light sweater if you have a tendency to be cold natured. We want everyone to be as comfortable as possible.
DINING FACILITY
Our dining facility is open during serving hours only. Our meals are freshly prepared, NOT processed meals purchased in mass and served. We strive to provide you with a healthy, as well as a tasteful menu for each meal... Warning... Our desserts are not calorie free!
For those who are attending that are watching calories for weight loss purposes, we generally provide healthy choices on our daily menu items so that you can continue to make smart choices on your eating plan.
NOTE:
We are also mindful of those who are battling physical challenges and that have more stringent medical dietary needs. This does not include alternative eating plans, such as Keto, Paleo, Atkins, etc.. We do our best to meet healthy requirements thru our regular menu with proteins, fresh vegetables and salads, etc.
If you do have a medical dietary prescription, we ask that you please contact us IN WRITING with these medical dietary needs at least 2 weeks prior to the date of the Encounter you are attending. At that time we will evaluate our ability to meet your needs...We appreciate your understanding in this matter.. it is our desire to serve each of you in a most hospitable manner.. If you have any questions, Please call 832-318-0142 and someone will assist you...
WHAT DO I BRING?
BEDDING...
You will need to bring a twin sheet, blanket and pillow... Some prefer to bring a sleeping bag...you simply roll it out and crawl in! Some campers have brought sheets and comforters fit for a queen...Just depends on what is comfortable and easy for you...
CLOTHING...
Bring comfortable, casual and MODEST clothing to dance in. WE ASK THAT YOU DO NOT WEAR SHORTS OR PAJAMA PANTS TO THE SESSIONS. Comfortable shoes are recommended as you will be walking from cabins to the sessions and back...Dance shoes or socks to dance in as the carpet can be rough on your feet.
IF YOU ARE COLD NATURED... YOU MAY WANT TO BRING A LIGHT SWEATER OR JACKET...
WE ASK THAT YOU DO NOT BRING LARGE LUGGAGE...the cabins can be full to capacity and we want everyone to be as comfortable as possible...
PERSONAL HYGIENE...
Behind our cabins are Bathhouses which include toilets, sinks and showers.
You will need to bring your towel, bathing cloth, shower gel or soap, shampoo, and personal tolietries

Earplugs...or SMALL FAN...we have found this to be an incredible noise reducer (snoring), plus, will help if your "personal" temperature fluctuates rapidly ...i.e. "hot flashes"...
